Natalie Cooper is a development professional and producer with over a decade of hands on experience. She got her start at Prodigy Pictures, where she helped develop the cult-favourite series LOST GIRL, which ran for five seasons on Showcase/Syfy, and DARK MATTER (Space Channel/Syfy). 

 

After leaving Prodigy, Natalie developed a slate of shows for Piazza Entertainment and eOne before joining Caitlin Brown at Harlow Creative, where she developed shows such as the Wattpad/Webtoon Studios co-production NEAR OR FAR and the critically-acclaimed celebration of Toronto's drag culture QUEENS for CBC Gem. Her screen credits also includes CBC’s acclaimed TALLBOYZ. 

 

Natalie's not afraid to take risks and push boundaries in the industry. When she's not busy making content, she's editing comics at Arledge Comics, which publishes the award-winning series Alex Priest and anthologies Avie’s Stories and the Shakespeare-themed My Kingdom for a Panel.
